Capella Skiathos, Town

Capella Suites is absolutely excellent!! Very reasonably priced and very spacious rooms, with comfortable beds and pillows. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cleaned regularly, with regular towel and linen changes. A nice small terrace to sit on and to dry your swimwear also.

Very minor point - the air-conditioning in our room (Room 5) was giving off a bit of a fusty smell which was unpleasant if you were standing in its direct line. That's easily fixable with changing the filter. My parents stayed in another room at the same time and didn't have this issue.

Very small kitchenette space, a toaster or a stove would have been useful All the streets in the city are always crowded with scooters and cars, the street can get noisy, but with the balcony door closed it's ok

Capella Town is located in a small street very close to the very city center, close to many bars and restaurants. We appreciated a just a round location from the local bakery (a must visit for your everyday breakfast!). The room was equipped with everything we needed - incl. a kettle, Nespresso machine and hair dryer. Cleaning worked just like written in the instructions from the owners, everything was always super clean. The communication was super smooth, everything worked as expected and looked just like in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place to anyone travelling to Skiathos.

No electricity, very difficult to get hold of someone as no staff available. Eventually got hold of someone, who came and reset a main breaker to the hotel.

I am very picky about where I stay. Those who know me understand that cleanliness is priority #1 in my choice of accommodations. When you check accommodations on the Internet, it appears great and when you get there it does not. I had read the past reviews - they were all positive! With regards to Capella Town, what is published on the Internet…what you see is what you get - in other words: it is exactly What is published on the Internet, incl booking.com and it exceeded my expectations.

The only thing I could complain about is that someone was smoking outside of the property and the window was opened in the bathroom. But I understand that Capella Town was not responsible for that.

We really loved the room, it was clean and quiet, bed are very comfortable, the staff super kind, we appreciated the little details they left for is in the room. Location perfect, close to shop, bakery, very close to the center.

The air conditioner was small for the room size, and it needed more time to reach the correct temperature. There is a bad smell inside the room, possibly due to humidity .

The property was on a great location, very clean, and the staff very friendly.

The only issue was that there was no parking provided by the property.
