Daily maid service is included in your stay and will be provided between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Please put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign if you do not wish to disturb your peace. Towels are changed every 2 days, while bed sheets are changed every 3 days. During your stay, we would like to ask you to take care to clean any glass or utensils you use. You will also find dishwashing detergent and a sponge in your room to facilitate the cleaning process. In the event that a towel or bed linen is found to be unusually soiled or dirty beyond normal use, the guest will be charged a replacement cost of €20.00.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Great location 5 minute stroll to absolute town centre yet quiet day & night. Quietest AC Very comfortable bed Thanos is perfect host. Loved all the extra touches such as carafe of wine, coffee maker, ironing board even an umbrella Excellent

Very clean & great location. Only a minute walk to the main street in Skiathos town. Very helpful staff as I messed up my booking but they still sorted it all for me.

It was a bit noisy as my room was facing a small road, it wasn't a busy road though. Also was noisy in the building with other guests coming home loudly in the early hours. Although that's not the venues fault, it just echoes through the building as its an older building.

This accommodation was really amazing! Everything was super clean and nice, cleaning service every day. Nice location in the heart of Skiathos town, close to the city centre and the port. I really recommend it. Thanks for everything and for the small gift. I know where I will stay next time in Skiathos.

"Exceptional"

We only stayed for one night and it was lovely! - the large room had everything we needed (including a bottle opener, ironing board and towel for make-up), the bed is really comfortable and the windows really keep the room quiet (sometimes it's noisy outside); - new and modern design; - fast check-in online and quick access at the property with code and keycard; - the host was very helpful and we appreciatted the baggage storage service!; - store at the ground floor of the buinding open until late, and another one close by with fruits and vegetables; - close to the main street, yet far from the noise and fuss; - great wifi; - lots of restaurants on the same street, including some of the best in town (get reservations though!).

No negatives, just notes for some guests: - the sink is in the room, not the bathroom (as seen in the photos), we like it; - shower has no curtain or cabin (again, as seen in the photos); - there's a drawer above the minibar with cutlery, coffee pods and bottle opener.
