Staff did not communicate with us that there was no electricity for the pi last 3 days and we were forced to cancel while we were at the boom gate during check in time... We were very inconvenienced and with no sympathy or any alternative from the owner who took 3 hours to refund us.. We were stranded for 5 hours sitting in the car trying to book for an emergency accommodation
