Rooms are not clean, and there is no continuous supply of hot water. Foods are not tasty. it isdifficult to find staff to complain about problems. Worst tow nights, I ever spend in a hotel.Dont select this one, even your sleep on the streets

They show my room. But it's with very bad smells. They gave me another room and charge from me extra 2000 rupsss

Comfortable room with a nice balcony and great view of the temple. Friendly helpful staff and a great pool.

Breakfast was far too expensive for what you got. In addition the food was cold, a cold omelette and cold sausages. 1980 LKR per person, including service charge, is extortion. Go out for breakfast don’t eat here! The room also needed a good clean, it was very grubby.

The room was comfortable and fairly large. Nice balcony with views of the garden, great for watching deer and monkeys. The staff were lovely, really friendly and helpful. Neither the TV or the fridge were working when we arrived but these were replaced quickly. The pool is great, very clean and big enough to swim in. The gardens and surrounding area are beautiful. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive out of Ella so you need transport but it’s quite nice to be in a peaceful area after a busy day. Great view of the temple too.

The breakfast was ridiculously expensive. 1800LKR per person plus service charge. This would have been ok had it been a good breakfast but unfortunately it wasn’t. We had an omelette, served cold, 2 small chemical sausages, which were also cold and inedible. There was fruit juice, mixed fruit and curd which was nice, as well as tea or coffee. We had thought breakfast was included in the room booking so it was a bit of a shock to be presented with a bill for 11,880LKR. If you stay and breakfast isn’t included then go out for breakfast. Walk up to the container cafe or go to the Cycle Pub just up the road. You will get better food for a lot less money. The only positive outcome was that every morning I fed the sausages and some omelette to a small scabby dog with a wonky eye who lives up at the container cafe. It really enjoyed the sausages so please keep an eye out for it and feed it if you can.

The rooms were clean and i got a nice view room but the management is poor. Their swimming pool and rooms are huge. I loved the view of my room. I just loved the service of one youngster pidusariya may his name. He really gave a good service.

Their location is quite distant from the station or hub of ella, if you want to eat need to take a tuktuk to go to the food hub. I couldn’t order anything from the restaurant because it was close on Monday for don’t know what. Their property is huge but management is very poor. Barely anyone takes calls in the reception even today there was no one in the reception when i was checking out. Their card machine didn’t work for the payment so need to call ay them in cash. Sometimes the wifi went off for a long period of time. For solo traveler like me it will be a much of hassle to accommodate here but the view and room was good.

The location is a bit far so it is a quiet place to stay, and the view from the rooms is amazing. The rooms are clean and nice. The manager is professional.

That the staff doesn't know enough English, so when we had a problem it was a bit hard to communicate it. We had two rooms and in both of them we couldn't charge our phones, even with Sri Lankan chargers.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

Swimming pool was murky and had creatures living in it including several frogs. The entrance to the room had no lights and my family and I had to switch on our torch to find the path. Windows in the room are cracked (does not guarantee safety) Bathroom door has no lock. Bathroom cloth hanger was broken upon entry into room. Low Maintanance overall The walls are dirty.
