Location and good facilities TV,s and satellite signal 1st class.

Noise from drilling in adjacent street made staying inside intolerable ( but this was not the owners fault) but be aware as this is a rock foundation all drilling in transmitted from buildings being worked on up to 200 metres away. Lower room needs more light as it’s like a cellar and floor between living area and bedroom very rough and hard on feet.

We loved our stay at Sea View Garden Suites! This apartment is beautiful with everything you would need. It is also surprisingly quiet and we slept great. It is close to some excellent restaurants and bakeries. We would definitely come back.

Decent size apartment and reasonably clean.

Getting into apartment was much harder than expected since the instructions did not match the experience and were pretty last minute despite several days trying to contact beforehand. We were told key would be inside after using coded door first, however they ended up being in a key safe so we had to call for this and it can be very unnerving not knowing whether someone is going to pick up or not. Explanation given was that cleaner must have made a mistake about where to leave it (this kind of miscommunication among staff was not v reassuring). Most problematic was that bottom and top halves of apartment were not internally connected but separated by an outside staircase, which made it impossible to use both bedrooms with children. The description was therefore seriously misleading and we had to cut short our stay, We only stayed one night but were charged for three. Everything could have been cleared up in advance if there had been efforts to reply before arrival notwithstanding it was a nonrefundable booking it simply was not suitable. It was seriously hard work to get even a partial refund due to poor communications between owner and booking.com. Had this been UK no question I would have sought full refund under trades description violation. We left on good terms, but I still felt cheated and this description must be made clear to everyone especially if they are booking as a family. Of course you would not leave young kids behind a locked door in a foreign country with no chance of hearing them or anything. Athens was also not as picturesque or clean as expected but this location was very far from centre and no restaurants or grocery stores within easy walking distance. Must be at least 15 walk to any store. Being by the port meant loud announcements from cruise liners every few minutes in the morning.

We walked to cruise departure from property. Top patio was fantastic. Everything comfortable.

So clean, and modern

The property was pure modern luxury with an amazing rooftop terrace. Superb espresso❤️ the town was quaint and lovely, we had the best authentic food of our lives, superb fresh fish and great fellowship with locals. An excellent travel experience. I would give 20/10 if I could. Lovely cat ( white with spots, I named her Athina) who I shared my shrimps with:)

The neighbors take their dogs out on walkways and do not clean it.

It is a stunning place, with a beautiful view on the upstairs patio. The attention to detail in the decoration was stunning!

A guest had changed the TV to the Dutch language and we could not figure out how to get it to English or Greek. Some interactions for the TV would have been great!

Beautiful apartment, close to port. The host was helpful and made our stay very special!
