Sea View Garden Suites

Great location close to the cruise ship terminal. We walked with our luggage from the boat to this location. Easy access to hop on hop off buses. Walking distance to restaurants and café. The host was very responsive and friendly. If you need accommodations close to the port, this is a beautiful spot. We stayed two nights but definitely could have stayed longer and traveled around Athens more. Beautiful property. Very unique and comfortable.

Location was excellent for our purposes

The very late notice of the PIN code access as sent after leaving home when no wifi available. The air conditioning was running a little rough. It the fans helped significantly.

Beautiful, spacious home with lovely view of the port! Convenient to many cafes and great location if you are cruising. The host was so gracious/ allowed us to leave our luggage until it was time to leave for the cruise. He personally checked in and could not have been more helpful!

Steep stairs to loft. Lack of house manual. One cockroach found in kitchen area.

Practically is a home with two independent apartments (living, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen) both beautifully and modern decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and very clean, the house is located next to the cruise ship terminal in Piraeus, overlooking the port. Access to the courtyard and the house is by code, provided by the owner prior arriving at the location. The access keys are in the house, but we only used the access code. The house is made of stone with wood paneled ceilings. It has a great, authentic look. The beds are large, wooden, very sturdy, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. There are bed linen, towels, slippers, bathroom cosmetics, all of very good quality. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and microwave, kettle and coffee machine with capsules, crockery, glasses and cutlery in the cupboards. In the living room on the table we were greeted by a bottle of authentic Greek wine. There are two terraces, one on the ground floor and one upstairs equipped with specific furniture. The upstairs terrace offers a panoramic view of the harbor. Nearby there are numerous waterfront tavernas, which can be reached in about 15 minutes walk. I liked it and will definitely return.

Modern - high level suite - with all that you need - in good location

One of the couches in the living room is not comfortable to sit on - a small dining table with 2-4 chairs should be better there.. The small garden and the dry plants on the upper level need better treatment..
