The Surfers Bush Cabin

The cabin was in reality just as it is portrayed in the pictures - absolutely beautiful! The layout is so well thought out and provides absolutely everything you need for a very comfortable stay! We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay!

An absolute work of innovative structural art! The space was cozy, without feeling cramped. The space is decorated tastefully and modern whilst remaining minimalistic and practical. The staff were amazing, we were shown around the space and our firewood for the fire warmed hot tub never ran out. The space was immaculately clean, all linens provided was oh so soft and luxurious and definitely had us, the guests needs in mind. The host offers a few extra comforts, like complimentary freshly ground coffee as well as coffee pods, sugar, milk and drinking water - as well as delicious biscuits and rusks. There is also the fantastic and realistic idea of an honesty bar that offered a few extras like chocolates, wines, additional milk and more which was easy enough to access and payment was done in true honest form - fill in what you used and leave the cash in a jar. The area was secure, safe and very peaceful. We awoke to the chorus of bird song and the sing song of the wind gently swaying the pine tree forest. I would highly recommend the Surfers Bush Cabin to couples looking for a romantic weekend getaway, or even for close friends just to hang out and chill. The location was fantastic, although be warned, there is a short stretch of gravel road to be driven - but this too was immaculately preserved and easy enough to manoeuvre.

The Cabin pics was exactly like it was advertised if not more. It was so peaceful, with just the birds chirping in the background. Had our privacy. Everything so carefully thought out and to detail, the cabin didn't lack anything, the highlight of our holiday was the amazing hot tub even though the weather was bad with the wind we didn't mind. Had loads of fun with the games provided. Will definitely recommend The Surfers Bush Cabin to others a must, we'll certainly be back. It was an amazing stay. Thank you to our host Avan gave us a warm and friendly welcome, and checked on us throughout our stay even offered cleaning services as well.

We love our wood fire but under the circumstances due to nature, the winds were very high, not the cabins fault we couldn't have a wood braai but the Cabin provided an awesome gas braai.

Everything, the place was stunning and the service was fantastic. Very peaceful, clean and lovely.
