St Etienne Guest House

Very professional staff. Very helpful and kind. I was almost missing my flight because the roads around Kigali were closed on Saturday and i couldn't access a Taxi. A staff at the faclity went an extra mile and got for me means of transport to the airport. I thank you alot. GBU

The variety of the breakfast was good but I was particularly happy that they were able to accommodate my allergy to some of the items and went out of their way to provide special breakfast for me! The staff were very friendly and served with a lot of respect, especially the 2 Rachels (at Reception and in the dining area), Emma and the Manager. The location is quite serene!

Spiders and huge cockroaches in the room! I also wish they could provide complimentary teas (or at least kettles) in the rooms...

Size of bathroom

The bed was very comfortable, a proper spring bed, the best we've had in Rwanda. Staff were super nice and even packed our breakfast to go earlier than breakfast time started, since we had an early flight. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the shower was strong and hot.

The listing said our room had air-conditioning but it didn't. In fact I don't think any of them do. The listing has to be changed. Our sink leaked at the bottom and kept flooding the bathroom.

Very clean. The best place we stayed in Rwanda.
