Good location close to Hotel Rwanda. Security on gate.

rude staff- particularly the woman responsible for the front desk. blunt and unfriendly. no privacy - no bathroom door and the tinted glass works the wrong way round so everyone can see in from the outside but you can’t see out

Great location, clean room, huge comfortable bed, tasty breakfast fuffey and a very accommodating staff.

it’s pretty central, calm and value for the money. friendly and helpful staff. store our luggage in the luggage room.

it was pretty warm in our room and not such a big variety for breakfast according to the price still ok.

I really like the serenity of the environment and proximity to the downtown. I could around the surrounding areas even at past 11pm to see the glitter light on the mountains. The rooms and environment were very clean. I really appreciate the staff especially the Receptionist, Manager, room managers/cleaners; they always smile and willing to really help. When I return to Kigali, I will still prefer the guest house.
