The only clear advantage of the hotel is the close proximity to the dunes. Some staff members did seem to make an effort, and the older gentleman who appeared to be the owner came across as genuinely kind and decent.

Considering the stay itself, I feel obliged to warn other guests: if you are thinking about booking this place, read this before spending your money — especially given the surprisingly positive reviews. After I left my initial negative rating, the manager contacted me several times via WhatsApp and also called me. This made me feel pressured and made me seriously question whether those very positive reviews give an accurate picture of this property. The room offered the most authentic desert experience of the stay: intense heat, no functioning air conditioning, and a lively ecosystem of flies and mosquitoes. Apparently, they had found their own oasis in the desert — my room. Trying to reduce their population was symbolic at best, since the door could not be closed properly. The lock looked as if it had been broken before and repaired with more optimism than skill. The bathroom followed the same standard. The shower had only cold water, although the temperature was almost irrelevant because the water pressure was extremely weak. The toilet flushed constantly, which may explain why the water was apparently busy elsewhere. The floor had visible stains, including what looked like marks from insects killed by previous guests — at best, reddish drops. The atmosphere around the stay also felt uncomfortable. During dinner, staff members sat down with me, asked personal questions about Europe, money, and opportunities to earn money there. They also talked about people they knew who had allegedly made millions in Europe with Moroccan export products. Maybe this was meant as friendly conversation. As a guest, it felt quite strange and unprofessional. Checkout made the experience worse. This was not handled by the older gentleman mentioned above, but by the manager. He added the stay, dinner and taxes and first arrived at around 730 MAD. Then unclear extra items appeared, and finally he “rounded” the amount up to 800 MAD, presenting it as a generous offer in excha

De locatie en het mooie zwembad

Mooi zwembad. Goede locatie Naast de duinen Vriendelijk personeel.

Jammer dat de airco het niet deed. Al werd het de dag erna gelijk gemaakt. En krijgen een mobiele airco wat wel een beetje hielp.

L’accueil des proprios , deux frères qui ont construit de leur main ce petit joyau aux portes du désert . Simplicité du lieu ,La piscine ,les repas à la demande tjrs copieux . Les activités proposées .. le manager efficace à vous trouver tout ce que vous désirez faire .
