El hotel no llega ni a 3 estrellas,anticuado y descuidado

El encanto del paso de los años y su ubicación al lado de las dunas hace un de el un lugar muy especial, muy integrado en el entorno desértico. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Le personnel très sympathique, nous avons passé un très bon moment aussi une belle balade dans les dunes ainsi qu'une très bonne soirée dans le campement nous avons aussi bien dormi est les tentes très propres. Très bien organisé par l'hôtel. Bon séjour ont recommande. Merci

L'emplacement au pied de la dune et proche du centre ville . Le jardin intérieur est également très agréable bien qu'un peu vétuste mais c'est le bled !!!

Accueil pas très agréable .. Pas de wifi dans les chambres et cela est apparemment normal ... La propreté des lits et sdb douteuse.. Le wc n'était pas stable ....

Very helpful, friendly staff. Room was huge. Internal grounds and pool were well maintained despite a bit of on going fixing up work happening. Easy secure parking. Rustic, basic but very acceptable for the money.

Plumbing was in need of repair. Both the sink and the shower leaked constantly, which is unforgivable when water is so precious.

The location was amazing at the feet of the big dunes. From that aspect, it’s really hard to find a better location. Rooms were really large and plenty of bedding for 4 people per room. We were just a couple so it was plenty spacious. They really tried to give it a unique design with lots of local art. I really appreciated that. Everything worked: AC and heating did (it gets cold in the nights so happy to report that). Showers worked very well with good strong hot water. I was very glad for my group since we took 3 rooms. About the manager Marouane, he really helped us organize a bunch of excursions in the desert: It’s not cheap but it takes a lot of work to do that. He was very competent and everything was fair. I think I can say he’s very trustworthy and he truly made my trip a success. A very pleasant surprise to meet him and his hotel!

Honestly, knowing this is literally in the middle of the desert, it’s not fair to overly criticize them: This is definitely not a Four Seasons but it will definitely do for anyone reasonable.
