I liked the resort maintenance, neat and good, full of greenery

Food needs improvement, and swimming pool is good but huge chlorine, unable to open eyes, need to improve this

Wonderful stay

We had one of the worst experiences during our stay. I was traveling with my wife and we had luggage for two days. Shockingly, no one offered to help us with it, even though the room was located up a flight of stairs. The room had a constant bad odor, the cupboards were poorly maintained and emitted a foul smell as well. The balcony was dirty, and basic toiletries like shampoo and conditioner were not provided. These are just some of the issues we clearly remember. For a resort charging ₹4000 per night, this level of service and maintenance was extremely disappointing. After traveling nearly 7 hours to reach the property, our first impression itself was terrible.

Clean and spacious rooms. Hot Water was available 24/7. Near to most of the Wayanad visiting places.

Very little options in breakfast.

The property was dirty with cobwebs. Even though room was in second floor no lift was there and there was noone to help with luggage. Second day there was no water and they were going through our room multiple times to fix the plumbing and electrical issue.
