"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. AVOID THIS RESORT!"

NOTHING!!!!

AVOID THIS RESORT. NOBODY AT RECEPTION WHEN WE ARRIVED. 2 Hours DISPUTE WITH A GUY "receptionist" WHO HAD NO EXPERIENCE TO ATTEND CUSTOMERS! WE HAD BOOKED A DOUBLE ROOM AND A SUITE, BUT ALTHOUGH WE INSISTED TO SEE THAT SUITE THE "Receptionist" DID NOT SHOW ANY, CALLING A MANAGER WHO WAS USELESS TOO. AFTER 3 HOURS WE URGED HIM TO PUT A EXTRA BED WE REQUESTED DAYS BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL AND THE HEAD OFFICE WOULD ARRANGE IT BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. FINALLY THEY PUT A MATRESS ON THE FLOOR!!! MOREOVER THE ROOMS WERE DIRTY. ON ONE BED THE PILLOWS WERE DISGUSTING AND NOT FRESH!!! THE DESCRIPTION ON BOOKING.COM ABOUT THE SUITE IS FAKE!!! WE TAKE STEPS AGAINST BOTH THE RESORT AND BOOKING.COM FOR MISLEADING INFORMATION. THE WHOLE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT AND USELESS : PEOPLE FROM VOYE HOMES OFFICE, RECEPTIONIST, CLEANING STAFF, MANAGER WHO REFUSED TO COME TO THE RESORT. WE WILL REPORT THE CASE TO THE INDIAN MINISTRY OF TOURISM TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS ORGANISATION. NEVER AGAIN WE GO THERE!!!!!

I love the property.. it's was lush green with all nature arround .. so much greenery and it was huge beautiful property.. Location was so peaceful..Me and my mom used to walk arround the village and it was so peaceful and we loved our quality time ...while walking arround village..local.people start calling us for tea and coffee and that was very cute Near by this property there was one small krishna temple ..me and my mom used to go there every morning to take pundit ji blessings.. it was so pure and peaceful. I wish if I can stay longer here ...

1- food options is less and you need to pre inform ..but that was not a problem.for.us as we eat quite less only 2- breakfast having only 4-5 things but for us it was enough and best things this resort manager offered free breakfast my driver also and that was something new for me 3- wifi connection was little weak in my room but it helped to me stay away from my phone
