Westminster Luxury Liverpool Apartment with Parking

Beautiful inside. Spotless, comfortable and bright. Location is good - 15 minute walk to centre. Jen was really helpful and replied quickly to emails.

A lot of construction in the surrounding area but not really a problem and it will make the area even better in future.

Had a amazing host, very helpful and understanding.

Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Liverpool konnte man gut laufen. Die Einrichtung war gut. Bequeme Couch und Bett. Alles ordentlich und sauber.

Die Lüftung heizte die Wohnung wahnsinnig auf, man konnte nichts regulieren. Die Wohnung war für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Leider gab es nur zwei Gabeln und drei Messer bei der Küchenausstattung. Free parking bedeutete, dass man sich auf der Straße einige Ecken weiter einen Parkplatz suchen musste

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La ubicación era genial, a 10 minutos andando del centro. El edificio era tranquilo y parecía seguro.

Los alrededores del edificio están muy dejados, es un barrio que está en proceso de construcción (hay varias obras en marcha y descampados llenos de basura), desde luego no es la zona más bonita de Liverpool y uno puede sentirse algo inseguro a ciertas horas paseando por la calle

Honestly, you cannot rate this place less than ten stars. The whole stay was outstanding. Jen provided upfront information within a brochure created only for this apartment with literally any information you would need. Apartment was spotless clean and you get a very welcoming feeling from the very first moment. Jen was available via WhatsApp for questions, took care and was very interested in knowing how to improve. Honestly, there is not much to improve. It's very visible that she and her husband know how to host. I would definitely recommend to stay there. As I read some things about the area: . It's industrial and under construction . Keys can be picked up 5 minutes from the apartment in a supermarket . Bus stop to the city in front of the house . Takes only 10min to get into the city by bus . House is very secure with door code and lock . Area might look shady,but we didn't feel unsafe at any time . 5 min walk is a food hall with nice places and inside also a place called comedy club. Book tickets and enjoy some stand up comedy. Or just go there and have dinner and drinks

Brilliant value for money. Modern, very spacious well appointed flat very close to the city, about 15 minute walk or there’s a bus outside. Parking is on a nearby street but you can unload and load bags outside the building. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Probably just a bit of a scruffy area but didn’t affect our stay at all.
