Westminster Luxury Liverpool Apartment with Parking

The position for hot water comedy club is abs brilliant, i dont think 93.50 a night for a city centre apartment is bad at all the host is so lovely and freindly and answered as soon as I rang the apartment is really lovely you can tell its allnew and its decorated nicely. Despite the comments below (which in most are not the hosts problem) i would def return now I have been once be a really good base for a weekend in liverpool thank you so much. People in the apartment block are so helpful and friendly.

i arrived late so it was dark, the key box was at a convenience store which had an array of homeless people outside and really rubbish parking, so that was a bit stressful, but only because i was on my own and arrived late and it was dark. the apartment is to the side of a building site and someone i spoke to said that the car park isn't finished so there isn't really any where safe to park unless you park right outside the apartments with the double yellow lines / get blocked in. There is also the chance of tickets / clampers some of the tenanats said. Again this was only made worse due to be arriving late and being alone. I left at 7am and parked outside so didn't get a ticket. There are no clear instructions on how to use the heating and I couldn't work it out. The main door sticks when you come out theres a green button to exit and it doesnt always work so you end up stuck inside till someone comes - this again isn't the owners issue it is the grounds i guess. It is quite built up / construction area and not too clear to find so maybe going forward a little text with details on getting there if after dark and where to park whilst the car park is made :)

The apartment was nice (colours, furniture, etc) and the kitchen superb. Very quiet condo with a double security door at the entrance. Parking was mostly free in the nearby area.

Location is slightly too far from the city waterfront or the town Cathedrals (1 and 1/2 miles). Surrounding area is a bit creepy at night, being still mostly a construction site. Eventually it turned out to be just a feeling, though. In the apartment, the sofa bed was not very comfortable.

The property was lovely. Good location. The owners were amazing and super attentive. Even provided us with an earlier check in and wanted to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. Such a wonderful stay even down to being provided with nice coffee to have as I normally bring my own as never provided.

The couch bed wasn’t the most comfortable but the main bed was great! Everything else was excellent.

Clean apartment close to Liverpool …. Messaged owners always got a prompt reply. Check in and check out easy.

Nothing all was good … would be perfect for a longer stay

The property was lovely and clean, everything you would need for a stay, comfortable bed, we stayed the night for the pink concert as it was only a short Uber ride to the stadium, owners kept in contact with me every step of the way, brilliant customer service.
