"Good"

At the time of check in they were allotting me a different room. The hotel is under construction from outside, there are no visible signs to reach. Due to this I had to book another property with fab hotels they took advance and charged more money, never going to book again fab hotels. I got scammed.

"Due to no lift facilities, nor anyone to help to carry luggages, we did not choose to check-in."

The hotel has no lift facilities, and is under construction. Very dirty around, with lots of dust, and noone to come downstairs to help carry luggages. Also, the lady at the reception was harassing us for payment, despite the fact that she knew the hotel was not same as shown in the pictures.
