Location next to the Airport

Deceptive photos /Stained bedsheet / used toilet / smelly room with hair on the ground/ guests were allowed to come in during midnight making too much noise/ front lobbyist was less cooperative

"Bad stay, bad experience"

It's in very poor shape The pictures shown on the website are completely different and misguiding I feel that I have been providedbeith very wrong information on the website

Poor Staff behaviours Initially, I was shown a smaller room and was asked to pay additional cash for a larger room, which I had already paid for. ( to personal account of the receptionist which was a bit dodgy ) The property is in a state of disrepair, with a broken bathroom door and numerous other issues. The establishment is under construction, with some lift work Ongoing. As I am allergic to dust, I would not have chosen this property had the information been provided on the website beforehand. This incident may also raise concerns regarding the authenticity of Booking.com, should such issues occur on your platform.
