Good and courteous staff.

- quality of the room - quality of linen - ambience of the place - customer support is unresponsive - very poor quality bathroom and fitting. Prett much all sockets were broken.

Location is fine

Sheets were dirty and torn . Washroom was very small and not very clean

Nothing actually.

I didn’t felt safe as we were two girls plus the rooms didn’t felt safe as well because one of the rooms they provided us was not closing properly then the next one they provided we couldn’t switch off the light the whole night which disturbed our sleep. On top of that there was a constant noise at night 2 3 AM of cleaning or door opening or closing. The location is also not good if you are traveling alone.

Bad location and the frontage of the hotel is pathetic

Very poor location. Booking.com did not ensure that booking was honoured. I had to fight my way into the booking even after I had made the full payment before arriving at the hotel

Food was good and staff was helpful.

The description and photos shown at the booking page was not the same. It was an under construction property near a slum area with difficulty in access since the hotel was located on a one way street.
