"Great staff & Location before a flight ✈️"

Staff were amazing. Really helpful. Once the booking in and room got sorted everything was great. Clean bedding. Hot water. Great room service and porter. Even a 🎂cake on my birthday. Pharmacy across the road. SBI ATM over the bridge to the right. Best turn left along road, good street food and very close by, Kurla village that is a quite and safe maze of tiny streets. Phoenix Market City Mall 5mins walk. Close to the airport.

Both bookable rooms are advertised with "view" meaning "view" that's a view of something. Booking.Com & Fab hotels need to be on the same page. Thankfully I insisted on a view. For sure the inner rooms may be quieter but my preference was for a View. Thankfully all got sorted.

I am extremely disappointed as the accommodation is not value for money. The photos advertised on the page are misleading and do not match the reality, which influenced my booking decision
