Nous avons eu un problème d’eau chaude un matin, nous n’avons pas eu de retour du propriétaire malgré l’envoi de messages et appel téléphonique. Le problème a été réglé le soir même, mais nous ne savons pas s’il s’agit de l intervention du propriétaire ou si une action de notre part aurait permis de régler le problème plus rapidement

Amazing location, huge property and some great outside space.

الشقة كبيرة و واسعة و نظيفة و قريبة من وسط المدينة

لا يوجد سلات قمامة في دورات المياه و شامبو أو شاور جل. و في الليل يوجد أصوات عالية من الناس في الخارج .

The location was right

It was run down, not so great for family. There wasn’t a coffee maker or any stocked items.

-great location, city center; -spacious appartment with terrace; -modern furniture;

-poor communication with staff, key found didn't worked because clean lady was still in the appartment and we were not aware, had to wait a bit to enter the building and check in; -an issue with a sink;
