Luxury PENTHOUSE at the Historical Centre Parking

Excellent location. Great, spacious apartment with a big terrace overlooking the city and old castle. Comfy beds, big screen TV. Great interior. We needed three parking spots so the host secured the additional two (one for free and two with extra payment), 5 min walking from the apartment.

Two out of the three showers were not usable due to clogged drains.

Brilliant location, perfect for a family or group of up to 8/10.. In old town right beside everything.

Air con was leaking upon arrival and ensuite bathrooms drains were blocked. Both sorted early on. If owner put an information manual in the apt for guests, listing good eateries, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops and sights close by, also what buses, trams to take for train stations, airports etc it would help alot and save visitors some time. But it is a very nice apt in a great location.

Great location, beautiful large terrace with view to the Bratislava castle, huge TV, responsive host. Good value for money. We had a great time here and we can definitely recommend it! Locationwise it's also great as there are plenty nice restaurants nearby.

The only thing that's missing is a Jacuzzi and as we were a group of 7 friends a third or fourth key would have been great, but I suppose that's complaining on a high level. Also, keep in mind that you have to pay city tax of 3 Euros per night per person.

The place was nice and as described! Although was little hard to find the place and lock box which had the keys as exact street was never mentioned. Odd thing about the Building, which building makes you climb stairs to access elevator! But the place itself was nice with good amenities as described, the only bad experience is to forget some clothes of high value in the location and not been able to retrieve them. Owner was responsive initially and even said will go and check himself but once was notified of brands of the item stopped responding and that is quite unusual. You would expect with someone with a premium space to know their cleaners and take responsibility for them but this was all missing here especially when the owner even stopped to respond! So I would just advise to rent this place knowing to make sure don’t leave anything behind because you’ll not get it! Also 3rd bedroom mentioned is not really a bedroom but rather a common area on the second floor in the apartment with no door! So actually this is a 2 bedroom with a makeshift 3 bedroom on second floor which is actually a common area and with no privacy at all!
