The entire place is designed to deliver a unique and memorable experience. What truly sets it apart is the warmth and professionalism of the staff. They are kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making your stay exceptional. Considering the quality of the place, the amenities, and the overall experience, the price is more than fair. We wholeheartedly recommend Hasendal Hotel and will absolutely return.

The high voltage wires that cross part of the hotel parking lot and golf course. The location is not the best, just on the start of Stellenbosch.

The greeting was nice. Bathrooms were nice. Room gifts were thoughtful.

The guest liaison called beforehand for arrangements and not 1 was carried out or seen to. Arrived to be told we could not be accommodated with our requests. Guest liaison did not call back to mention that.

This was one of the most incredible stays of my life. The facilities were absolutely gorgeous and well maintained and designed. Stunning surroundings and a world class roster of staff members who truly treat you like royalty.
