Location and room with an pleasant view.Spa experience exceeded our expectation.The lady that helped us with our room service that evening was excellent.

No Hot pool,that was one of the selling points for me .Couldn't get a wine tasting booking ,even though the place appeared empty.Poor service at the bar area ,to little staff.Waiters were having to pour the drinks themselves and see to clients.General public from Golf seems to get better service than hotel guests.

It was our Wedding night and the staff dressed up the room very Romantic,the champagne and little chocolate threats was very thoughtfull of them.The welcoming and the treatment from the Reception staff was Very professional.We will Definitely come back and do a Summer Holiday.Also the staff at the Restaurant, very professional and friendly...We had an all round lovely Experience... Thank you Regards

Beautiful modern hotel and stunning grounds with endless facilities, very comfortable rooms, everything clean and pristine, lovely spa treatments, great selection of restaurants, friendly well trained staff and overall great offering.

Nothing to fault

This property exceeded my expectations. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I developed a migraine headache on the morning of checkout and the guest relations manager was kind enough to send someone to the pharmacy to get medication for me, since I had run out.

Room service took a bit longer than hoped for.
