Super établissement ! Le personnel est très accueillant et super sympathique. Coucou spécial à Andile et Promise qui ont été super gentils et à l’écoute avec nous ☺️

Le menu de l’établissement n’était pas très varié (pour le dîner et/ou le déjeuner). Hormis cela tout était top.

Новый отель, выполнен со вкусом. Просторные и чистые номера. Можно прогуляться по гольф-полю. Есть небольшой спортзал, также можно поиграть в падл. Вкусные завтраки. Дружелюбный и внимательный персонал, который старается тебе помочь. На территории также есть небольшой бассейн, лежаки, они не очень пользовались популярностью. В канун Нового года было много мероприятий. Мы уточнили заранее, организуют ли они что-то, т.к. проактивно никто не рассказывает о наличии тех или иных программ. В итоге мы заказали новогодний вечерний пикник с дегустацией, едой и выступлением диджеев и артистов, было очень атмосферно, красиво, и стильно. Абсолютно не пожалели. Так что если поедете на праздники, обязательно узнавайте о возможных программах. День в день забронировать ничего не удастся.

Сломался кондиционер, вместо него принесли переносной. Мы были всего несколько дней, так что переезжать в другой номер не хотелось. Но персонал это предлагал. В целом, во всех отелях, что мы были в Кейптауне, постоянно возникали какие-то проблемы с кондиционерами. Так что скорее всего, тут как повезёт

​I cannot recommend Hazendal Hotel and Spa enough! The entire property is exceptionally well-decorated and thought out, featuring beautiful art pieces at every turn. I particularly loved the reading room; the curated choice of books made it such a peaceful retreat. ​The service was truly exceptional. I was so heartwarming that every staff member we encountered knew it was my birthday and offered their well-wishes; it made the stay feel incredibly personal. We had a spa treatment which was wonderful and highly relaxing and a perfect way to end our stay at Hazendal. ​A huge thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so special. We can’t wait to return!

Nice and clean, rooms spacious, the food is very good as well as massages at the spa.

Not much noise isolation between rooms. High voltage line goes through the property. Service at the restaurant is a bit hectic, slow, they forget things and seem lost while less than half of the tables are occupied.
