Entire Two Bedroom apartment with sun-filled private garden

Location ok, comfortable lounge and quite spacious. Fine for one night stay.

No allocated parking as described. Lacking some basic facilities, minimal kitchen appliances/crockery, kettle did not work, no hairdryer or cleaning materials. Bathroom was not very clean, no key to back door so couldn’t access rear garden.

Good Value for a 1 night stay in Margate in the depths of winter to attend a gig Daniel on hand on the phone to answer any queries

Would be an idea 💡 to leave a folder out with any useful info/instructions and a Wi-Fi code

The basic amenities were available and inside was very neat

The communication was very poor, arrived there could not open the pin box, called the number provided several times no answer if we did not succeed finally on our own we would have book another place that night. Not every home has that key box

It was lovely flat.

Good communication from the host. Close to where we were for visiting family, free WiFi, warm, clean.

Property advertised parking which was not available. The surrounding roads are extremely busy, so it was difficult to get to the property by car. The hot water in the shower fluctuated rapidly, it would get far too hot and then cold if you adjusted the tap.

Could smell upstairs smoking from the room closest to the back.
