Did not eat breakfast.
Not enough parking in back so I had to go back to ask where else I could park. I think I would rather have a password protected internet.

The room was spacious, bright and clean. The staff was helpful and did everything to make our stay more comfortable despite some unexpected occurences (no river view, no housekeeping, location of room)
The room was listed as having a river view but it did not, all you could see was the sidewalk, parking lot, and people walking by. Housekeeping was not performed as expected the day after check in. There was a wedding so the sky bar was not open.

Super clean! Shower was so nice and clean (unlike many hotels). In-room coffee maker was so nice. The breakfast was SO good!

Everything about this hotel was above expectations and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If I stay in this area again, I'd book a room at Riverbend without a second thought. Special shout-out to Dick the bartender, he was fantastic.
