The hotel is really nice, our room was fantastic. And the location is great plenty of restaurants and bars, and little shops all close by and definitely walkable.
Our room was on the 4th floor. (401) the bar is right above our head. Every time someone moved a bar stool we could hear it. It stopped at 11pm but started again around 6am. But that is my only complaint.

We enjoyed breakfast. Dinner was very good. The staff in the dining area checked in on in the right amount of times and were cordial. The room was comfortable and had what we needed.

Beautiful hotel with great views! The staff was courteous and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is served in their bar on the top floor, so you can enjoy the views even while eating. This is our new go-to when we stay in the area.

It was easy to find with adequate parking available near the entry, the building was beautiful and clean, the staff were all incredibly polite, helpful, and friendly! Our room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We will stay here again.

"It is a very nice hotel for Ashtabula. But the Chicago price was a little much for what it is."

The location is great, plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping all within a couple blocks.
That the bar/restaurant upstairs was closed for a wedding. But nobody mentioned it when I booked, nobody mentioned it a check in. I found out when I went upstairs for a drink. You would think for $423 for 1 night. Someone would have mentioned it.
