Modern Apartment Near City Centre & JQ

Vam estar tres dies i dos nits, per la matinada, va saltar l'alarma d'incendis sense motiu. Després de la primera nit vam avisar a l'allotjament i va tornar a saltar a la segona nit. L'alarma feia un soroll molt fort i a la primera nit no s'haviem ni d'on sortia aquest soroll estrepitós. Vam fer una queixa a l'allotjament demanant la devolució d'una part de l'import i ens van oferir un 15% de descompte, del tot insuficient pel fet d'haver dormit malament dos nits seguides. Vam fer la queixa a booking i si que ens va sonar una resposta adequada.

Noisy area

The property was in a great location for pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and attractions. The interior of the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Our contact was very helpful and friendly.

A difficult process to get into the apartment but our contact was extremely helpful in getting us through the check in process. She also offered many suggestions for restaurants and attractions. Did find the climbing over the bed difficult each time. A smaller cupboard at end of bed would allow access from both sides.

We had a such lovely stay. The location was perfect, walking distance to city centre. The place itself was exceptional as well. Everything was clean, no issues at all. Although, we didn’t meet the host, they left us emails to make sure our stay was okay and if we had any problems which was very good service. I definitely do recommend, would stay here again

No faults at all

I thought the mattress could have been better quality although my husband said it was ok. We both prefer a firmer pillow and felt that the pillows were soft.

Great location and value

I didn’t read the instructions to collect keys etc so a little confusing. Bed was very tight to get around it

A few days after staying at the flat I have received a parking ticket by mistake for the time I was parked in my allocated parking space. I have contacted the host and Sarita and they were super helpful to resolve it. They ended up refunding me the fine and the admin fee the car rental agency charged me.

A few issues with the early check in but they were solved quickly by talking with the concierge on WhatsApp
