Cuc Phingを訪問するのに最適のホテルです。朝食は西洋風とベトナム風の両方がブッフェ方式で楽しめます。ランチと 夕食は宿泊費とは別料金になりますが、メニューの選択肢は多いです。

1人前のメニューが少ないので、2から3人前のメニューが多くて食べきれませんでした。一人前に丁度のメニューを増やしてほしいと思います。クラブサンドイッチは適量で、ランチに何度も頂きました。好物のPhoは朝食時にのみ供されます。

The swimming pools were ok, but the water was a bit stinky. The mountains around the place are quite pretty.

- Closer to 2-star than 5-star experience - The only more versatile food place, the main building, was used for a private event in the evening during our stay. They were playing so loud and bad music, sometimes karaoke, with super loud talking on the mic in between, that you can’t even hear your thoughts inside the neighbouring building where many have their rooms. Consequently we didn’t get a proper dinner. As an alternative they suggested to take a ride to their overpriced far away “ethnic” restaurant without any vegetarian or seafood main dishes. - The place is a complete money grab with poor service. The small pizzas we had to eat that one time inside the resort cost as much as all our lunches and dinners outside the resort for 2 whole days!!! This is not justifiable in any way, pure greed. One can of local beer cost there 45k VND (normal price is 20-25k lol). The rooms were large but super basic and not thought out or maintained. For example many of the electric sockets didn’t work at all, and MANY were so loose that the plugs fell out without being touched, which is not safe for your devices + extremely annoying. The pictures of the resort don’t represent the current state. In the pictures they use, there are different looking buildings or large buildings missing which changes the appearance of the place. The playgrounds are partially broken, and especially one construction is really dangerous, with a whole slide missing from a tower, allowing kids to fall straight to the ground from where the slide should be attached. Great thinking. Lazy staff. They have a bar by the pools but there is a worker usually only max 20% of the time, so you most of the time need to walk into a restaurant in your swimwear if you want a drink or smth. Be also aware that you will need plenty of cash for the natural park and that the closest ATM is far far away (you need a taxi to reach one) from the resort or the park.

Phòng hôi và bẩn, nhà vệ sinh rất khai. Cái gì cũng hỏng, điện thoại bàn cắm điện rồi vẫn không gọi được, rèm cửa nhà vệ sinh thì hỏng đứng kéo nửa tiếng ko được

Tủ quần áo bụi do mọt mà không ai dọn trước đó. Mình phải kêu lễ tân dọn lại.
