Large, well arranged once inside.

Immediate stairs to get to property. Smelt musty and of smoke on arrival. Not a clean and fresh feel anywhere. Stains on single duvet. Smears on all glass. Mouldy shower door. Blocked drainage on wet room shower floor. Had an of outdated unclean feeling throughout apartment. Not really sea views - misleading! Out of 1 bedroom window. Noisy location on road above shop. Working the water was a disaster - no pressure and freezing cold shower, despite following the instructions (as it’s a known problem) it still didn’t work and I shouldn’t have to deal with it, needs fixing.

Neatness

The property was a shown in pics.. Spacious, well maintained and clean

The double rooms

The property could do with a good paint Bath was dirty had hairs in it Sofa wasn’t clean found rizla packet down the side rubbish underneath sofas to Plates were dirty had to re wash Only 1 tv in the whole apartment Neighbours played music until 11pm As you opened the door floors needed a hoover Banisters needed a wipe down Orchestra

Nice large apartment light and airy. Mattresses were lovely and comfy Very handy having a premier shop underneath the apartment. Easy parking.

There was quite a bit of dust around the apartment. The bedframe was too low for me as i have difficulty getting up off a bed as have a bad knee.

Easy to check in, beds comfy

8th bed was advertised as sofa bed but was actually just a sofa. It was overall comfy but is too short for most people. I’m 5ft 7 and I had my feet hanging over the edge. It also wasn’t set up on arrival unfortunately, and we had booked for 8 people

It was clean

1. Its above a shop, which is very loud early in the morning. 2. It is freezing, 2 heaters did not work. 3. Literally nothing in the fridge, or cupboards, to make a coffee/tea. No condiments
