The apartment is large clean and bright. Furniture in living room and beds were all really comfortable. Well equipped kitchen for what we needed.
Slight issue with water pressure if both showers on at the same time. Could do with a curtain/different door on the downstairs bedroom for a little extra privacy

Nice clean comfortable accommodation. Convenient location. Lovely Chinese next door and convenience store under the accommodation.
Bedroom door next to kitchen needs a proper door not the glass door that is currently there as there’s no privacy. Need safety bath mats as the bathroom and wet room get very slippery. Secure parking is not what I would call secure as it’s just a parking space behind the shops/accommodation. The photos make it look like there’s a balcony with a sea view but the sea view is if you hang out the top bedroom window. Not enough dining chairs if there are 7 people staying.

Short walk down to the sea and sea-wall walk to Dawlish. Bus stop adjacent for Powderham castle, Exeter or Dawlish, Teignmouth. Pleasant view at rear.
Noise from shop music coming through floor all day and evening. Good job we're deaf or it would have been dreadful. A good mile walk out of Dawlish to apartment located in slightly down-market suburb. Busy traffic on main road at front. Décor and furnishings beginning to look tired and dated.

It was all it claimed on the web site and was conveniently close to where we attended a family event. Also the owner was very helpful when we could not find the entry pin on Booking.com around midnight when we arrived.
Could not find the message with the entry PIN on Booking.com.
