Family Marine Apartment with Sea View

The property was very clean and the kitchen well equipped though no teapot which for a family off seven is an essential! Beneficial location on top of a small grocer’s shop and a couple of minutes walk to the coast path

The property is for seven yet there were only 4 dining room chairs. Three of us had all our meals on our laps which was far from ideal. The hot water was a nightmare. The owner did come out and say he’d sorted whatever the problem was but we ended up just using one shower between the seven of us and boiling kettles to wash dishes. Also, for an off season period, the property wasn’t cheap

Very easy

Its advertised as a sea view and you can see sea thought window but isn't a view you can really sit and enjoy. It looks like it has a balcony from pictures and it doesn't, no outdoor space unfortunately The apartment was very clean, the most amazing host and location 👏

Information about the parking situation was very scarce. We arrived in a downpour and struggled initially to find the apartment. Once we did find it and drove round the back, there was no indication as to where to park and we had to ask in the garage in order to be pointed to the right place.

Fantastic for a family of 7 Need a car or taxi to get to dawlish but walking distance to dawlish warren

Clean, spacious and good value too

The shop and Chinese takeaway were very welcome being below the property. It is a good walk from the train station so if you have luggage and children and are not driving get a taxi.

The shower in the lower bathroom needs updating it as no power and leaks like a sieve the tap on the wash-hand basin is also to small for the basin. In my opinion it is over priced at £251 per night..

Very clean and well equipped

Stunning apartment! Lovely decor, very clean and super comfortable! My family loved everything about this place. The Chinese restaurant downstairs was delicious and so convenient!
