Lovely centrally located townhouse in Perth

The house was just perfect. Linda and Derek were so welcoming. The house was beautifully clean, excellent facilities in a great location.

Great location close to railway station & town center, ideal for work commitments a short drive away.

The property is amazing, it is a 5-8 minute walk from the Railway Station, a few minutes from a beautiful park, 5 minutes from the river Tay, and 5 minutes from the centre of town. Location wise it is excellent. Linda the hostess was lovely. She met us there explained the property and left us to it. The property is beautiful. The bathroom stunning. Along with leaving various shampoos etc there were also coffee milk tea and mini sweet mince pies. There was a coffee machine and wee pods. Over all this is one of the most outstanding properties I’ve ever stayed in.

Nothing really to dislike. If pushed to leave a comment that says could be improved I would suggest a banister up the opposite side of the wall from the original as the stairs curve and the banister is on the ‘thin’ side of the stairs (as they were when the houses were built). The original banister mind you is stunningly beautiful. Anyhoo I do have mobility issues so a banister up the other side to the first floor would have been a bit easier for me - but it not being there did not and I stress did not stop me and my family falling in love with the property - even saying we could happily live there. Linda was a wonderful hostess. She did need to pop in as she had left her laptop and was very apologetic. We weren’t bothered - we were there as my son was getting married. I think Linda is a wonderful lady and if we ever return we would have loved to stay here again. It sad to hear she plans to sell the property. We all wish her the best of times on her future endeavours
