Georgian townhouse in centre of Perth

Excellent location in the city centre. Lovely host who met us at the property and showed us around the house. Comfortable beds, nice and clean throughout and excellent water pressure in the shower.

The lack of a toilet roll holder in the main bathroom or any where to put shampoo etc in the shower. Only a small things really that didn’t spoil our stay.

Very clean, lovely house, good location, would recommend.

Central location

My two children had to sleep on the sofa and floor because the top two bedrooms smelt of cigarette smoke / damp. The double bedroom on the top floor smelt strongly of cigarettes. Even with a nights airing the room still smelt. The bed was extremely soft and the sheets also had the same lingering musty smell. The top small bedroom smelt of damp. Both triggered my son’s asthma and neither of my adult children could sleep in those rooms. They spent two sleepless nights on the sofa and floor downstairs instead. They couldn’t sleep on the sofa bed as it was broken and the mattress was extremely springy. The house needs updating and a deep clean. It’s like staying in someone else’s house - with an unclean shower tiles and stained carpet. The middle two bedrooms were fine, well aired, clean and comfortable. In the spare room though the single sheet had a hole in it and the mattress protector popped through. This has the makings of an excellent property but needs a deep clean, top two bedrooms need to be sorted for damp / smell / redecorated. The sofa bed is not fit for purpose and is broken. Currently fine if you want to just use the middle double room and single room. Not for a larger group currently as top bedrooms are not up to standard. There are better rentals locally and cheap budget hotels centrally that provide the same but at a better quality and price. Could be wonderful if some time was spent on it. Was not good value for us as two out of four of our family did not sleep well. Will not use again. Definitely don’t stay here if anyone has asthma / allergies.

Friendly helpful owner met us on arrival. The house was very central but parking still quite easy. Lots of unexpected extras from milk to biscuits in this well equipped accomodation.

As we were five friends rather than one family having only one bathroom was a slight drawback. Home would have been ideal for family.

Good location. Reasonable on street parking but could be expensive. Very friendly, helpful owners. House is comfortable and well appointed.

Great location to discover Scotland, Perth is a great small city. Nice pubs, nice nature around it. We did some walks to Kinnoul Hill and were treated to some great views. We had a very nice family holiday!

the only thing worth mentioning is the front door, it doesn't close easy. The rest of the house is very nice and location is nice and quiet while being in the city center. Parking is easy once you get the Ringo app to work.

A wonderful town house, 5mins walk to the high street. It was spacious for a family of 5! Well equipped kitchen, huge bathroom, comfy beds and towels. Massive park about 2min walk away. The living room also quite spacious and comfortable. We had no problem with 5 people getting ready for a nearby birthday event. Linda was a gracious host and responsive.

No free parking, as it is all in a permit area of Perth. But there is a large parking area (with cheaper parking costs) about 5mins walk away.
