Very close to main areas of Kuta - walking distance.

My own selection of body spa treatments. I didn’t enjoy my body scrub, I would opt out of that next time, but liked the body massage and face treatment.

Rooms were nice, breakfast was good & location was perfect .

The initial mixup with rooms that I had booked. Had to change rooms on the second day because the rooms I had booked were not available on the first night

Сам отель хороший по соотношению с цена качество очень хорошо. красиво оформлено, море рядом, вокруг полно развлечений. Персонал очень приятный, готов посмочь.

Меню на завтраках не очень, в основном одни гарниры. Были дни когда из мясного на завтрак были только сосиски. Но в целом, голодным не останешься, качество приготовления хорошее. Выход к морю есть, но пляжа нет, нужно идти по побережью, метров 500.

The rooms (pool apartment) was a good size and location was great

The room air con smelt, food was not collected from pool areas causing rats to eat the gills at night, facilities were dated, food and breakfast was below average and breakfast area dirty, no facility to change after checkout apart form poolside toilet with shower… (that’s what they offered)! I would have gladly paid for another room if I had known… In comparison to other resorts this was below average overall level, cheap but still not worth the Monty wouldn’t stay there again

I reckon all the service is sweet. But if you want to make it perfect, you probably add like pick up and drop off from airport to hotel or from hotel to the airport as a part of your service when people book your hotel.
