One of the staff members Lilly was amazing, hotel location was good.

Bathrooms are run down, we didn't have any towels for 24hours, our room had no hot water so they moved us to a different room where the door was damaged letting mozzies in.

The breakfast experience is truly delightful, offering a buffet with a diverse selection of culinary choices. It is especially popular with children. The breakfast area provides a charming view of Kuta Beach, enhancing the dining experience. Conveniently, the swimming pool is situated directly in front of the breakfast area. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and are readily available to assist with customer requests. Their service often exceeds expectations. Additionally, an in-house spa is available, characterized by its comfortable and immaculate environment.

During our stay in a family room, we were located on level 3. The lifts, however, only provide service up to the 2nd level. This presented a considerable inconvenience for us, as parents with children in strollers, when navigating between our room and the lobby. It would be preferable for guests with infants to be accommodated in rooms on a lift-accessible level to avoid such difficulties.

The pool was lovely

Room was very old and crappy. Bathroom tiny. Didn’t restock toilet paper two days in a town and didn’t always restock water and toiletries . Bed was really really hard and so uncomfortable . Massage ladies hound you around the pool to get a massage and even when you say no they still go on - I like to get to resort and be away from that on the streets!
