Truntum Kuta Bali

The breakfast is always great and the staff are amazing the pool out the front that overlooks the ocean million dollar view we’ve been to Truntum 4 times will definitely stay again

Love this hotel, one grip was my room wasn’t cleaned when I asked. Once I complained to the reception they were awesome, (I booked their most expensive room as a treat to myself for my 50th, assumed I’d get a bit higher end treatment)

I was at very end of hotel, very noisy and beds were really hard

Beds, they were really hard. Pillows were great

The staff and pools were good and in a good position.

The smell coming out of the bathroom. Constantly smell of raw sewerage in our room. The bed were over used and had big compressed spots where you would roll into

The pillows they are like putting your head on a brick the pillows are very hard and lumpy

Great friendly staff, 3 different pools which all have their own good qualities. Great food and breakfasts, lots of events on to keep the family entertained

Our room wasn’t ready on the first day and half the second. We were put in a room that wasn’t suitable for a family

3 pools, staff were lovely, food was great, close to everything

The walk to the rooms was confusing at first but found some short cuts in the end
