Southern Elegance in Heart of Memphis

Beautiful setting, beautiful interior, hosts were very accommodating!

It was beautiful with hidden gems.

Can’t think of anything my group didn’t like.

In a nice area close to downtown. Very comfortable and lots of amenities in the home. Communication with owner was very good.

We were grateful of the location and the beds were comfortable and the scenery.

Cleaning could have been better!!

The property was very nice. A brick home with lots of space inside and out. It was furnished with an older type decor, randomly done, but coming together very nicely. It has an upstairs area with several beds. Perfect for a family with children. We didn’t use it because we didn’t need it. There are five bedrooms on the main level. Two of them have attached full baths. Another full bath in the hallway. The house is in a very nice neighborhood about 10 miles from Graceland where we wanted to spend most of our time because we were there for Elvis week.

There was nothing that we did not like about the property. We especially appreciated Gabe, the host who was very accommodating to us.

I like the check-in process and the detailed instructions that were provided for use while in the home. I loved the scavenger hunt for the hidden bar. The kitchen with the gas stove was perfect for the chefs. The ability to relax outside on the screened porch was fantastic. We could just imagine it in the spring or summer.

The house was very spacious. It had great character, and the host was extremely nice and very receptive to suggestions and anything we needed. The host gave great detailed check-in instructions as well as wonderful suggestions for places to eat and visit.

We had no dislikes at all.

Totally disappointed, they asked me for 500 dollars plus the hostess for the insurance. The house was completely clean and in good condition and they did not return the deposit to me apart from the payment for the house of a deposit. I sent it to the hostess directly through Zelle and she did not return it to me.
