Great location,felt safe with lots of bars etc in a short walk.The house is stunning!!Stylish homely, comfy living room ,dining area and three nice full bedrooms.Kitchen cute, but compact as stated in property details.The outside veranda, terrace and garden room are just beautiful and bigger than they look on the photos, so we were very happy! Amazing hidden bar which just added to the character of this lovely house.

Sounds VERY petty but a bit unnerved by all the beautiful artefacts /furniture etc in house...worried we would knock something over .We were quite happy that the fold up beds were in the living areas ,we only used one anyway ,but we had to move furniture,tables,chairs to unfold bed.The sofa bed needs a better mattress , and the downstairs bathroom would benefit from an upgrade. Decking area could have done with a sweep too, but all these minor issues could be easily remedied!

"Great place to enjoy springtime in Midtown Memphis."

Very nice home for our group. The home is updated and filled with lovely antiques and collectibles. Very clean. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Beautiful outdoor space with fire pit and seating. Convenient to UTHSC medical school, Rhodes College, and University of Memphis. Owner is very helpful and responsive.

Not a problem for our group, but the home is three stories. So, not suitable for those with mobility issues.

"Lovely stay in a great neighborhood."

Excellent location in Memphis. The house is lovely. Great restaurants, bars and coffee houses nearby and we always found a spot to park directly in front of the house.

A few things in the home were a little tricky to operate but the host was very responsive.
