"Worst place to stay, construction not yet completed, staffs are consumed alcohol"

The hotel still under progress only, still not yet completed, reception staff consumed the alcohol, he didn't respond properly, he didn't show the willingness to show the room, he given the key and asked us go and check the room if it's OK you can take, this is exactly statement we received from them. Not only us almost 5 customers came and returned without staying, very bad experience in my life total life journey.
