Management was rude and disrespectful. The beverage manager should not work costumer service he is rude and disrespectful.
USDid not get the Breakfast when reserving but loved the every present coffee and tea in the lobby. Also, the lavender sleep sachet one night and shower aroma bar was such a great unexpected touch. Right on the Bus line that we caught from the Light Rail line directly from the airport... so convenient.

The parking situation isn't great and it's pretty expensive
