The street around the hotel were blocked off due to a local event - I was not made aware of this - it was very difficult to access the hotel. Parking rate is also excessive.

Wasn’t told about hotel being in a bad neighborhood and to watch where car is parked if using street parking. If you charge $65 a night for parking, the customer should know why. Our car was stolen right after we checked in to hotel.
