Room was cancelled but I was not informed.

The place was dirty and full of cobwebs. The furniture was different from what was shown in the photos. The kitchen was filthy and filled with strange items. The smell of the place was unpleasant. The owner was extremely rude on the phone when I called to express my dissatisfaction. I made the reservation 15 minutes before arriving at the accommodation. I entered, looked around, saw that it was dirty and unpleasant, and asked to cancel. The owner told me I should call Booking to cancel. I canceled my stay over the phone (so the booking was only active for 30 minutes), but even then, when Booking called the owner, he refused to authorize my refund, claiming I had prevented others from booking the accommodation. Never stay at this place.
