The bed was comfy and that was the only good thing

Both toilets where not clean one toilet had a missing light the other had a broken toilet which ment we could not use the bathroom at all

The contact answered my call and helped me enter the property.

Check in was awkward, 5 lock boxes on the wall, no security light it was pitch black and snowing and by the time I managed to get the right code and enter the property I was incredibly cold. Unfortunately it got worse from there. The room I stayed in hadn't been cleaned. I walked into a clearly slept in bed I assume from the night before. And the rising damp mouldy wall under the bay window topped it off. I didn't stay, I left and went to a Clean hotel that didn't pose a health hazard. There was no television in the room, and a tangled extension cable running across to the WiFi I assume. It was quite frankly shocking.

This property was unfortunately nothing how it looked on the pictures shown on booking.com.When arriving to the property the code given to us on booking.com was wrong so we was stuck in the freezing cold for 30 minutes,we tried to contact the house owner but he didn’t pick up after the 18 missed phone call he has picked up and told us to be patient after 45 minutes later he has sent us the right key code.

The tv did not work and it wasn’t in the right language.The bed sheets had stains on them so the bed wasn’t not hygienic to sleep on.There was a wire aswell hanging out of the wall that was a really scary safety hazard.The heating in the room including the bathroom was not working for the whole stay.Something like this should never happen but unfortunately it has and I would like a full refund for this situation
