"It's a Funky Cozy Cozy House, just as advertised. Very good location and quiet neighbourhood."

We liked the homely feel and the artwork. Kitchen well equipped. Nice Seating at rear.

Bathroom could do with a spruce up of paintwork,but clean and suited us fine. Shower over bath good. No complaints.

Cleanest street in Eastbourne to stay . Charming yet modern and fully equipped two bedroom apartment / cottage . Exquisite furnishings, clean bedding , rugs , artwork , cushy carpets , and appliances - top of the range oven , grill and washing machine all give a fun factor . Toiletries were provided . Everything you need is in this hotel like cottage . Easy to get to Eastbourne marina and an entire street of shops are a two minute walk away including a vet , Boots pharmacy etc . Host was contactable , could not do enough and responsive .

Too comfortable and that we barely wanted to leave to see the sights .

The place was easy to find, great location, and exactly as pictured! The host was also extremely kind and very responsive. She left cookies out for us, and also let us check out later. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal as well, and very comfortable beds!

It was quite cold in the evening, but the host was kind and tried her best to fix it. I think if you reach out they can fix the temperature for you, but be prepared for it being cold in the living room.
