Funky cozy cottage with outside space

great clean and tidy place to enjoy the time with family

the property was very clean, brilliant location and perfect for us. we had two small dogs with us so the outside space was perfect for them as it is completely secure and walled which meant they weren’t barking at everything or anyone going past. modern and quirky. we would definitely stay here again.

the sofa is very uncomfortable, on an evening we couldn’t sit for longer than an hour to watch the tele, no tele in the bedrooms either. the other chairs in the living room seemed like they had just been added to fill space. I would suggest getting a comfortable L shaped sofa and do away with the other chairs/wooden blanket box as it did feel quite cramped and not a comfortable space, we just wanted to relax after work & dinner but had to go lye on the bed early as it was so uncomfortable. the mattress in the front bedroom we felt like we were both rolling into the middle of the bed. these are just small things but I think they’d make a huge difference to an already fantastic property.

Beautiful property with lots of swag. It is very comfortable and is the perfect accommodation to stay in Eastbourne. Great location and the host was superb great communication and added touches.

Great property and so welcoming! Perfect for what we wanted which was a location walkable to Eastbourne and clean. Host fantastic and welcomed us with wine and biscuits. Essentials like tea, coffee and sugar all available. Cute, small property with lovely courtyard garden.

Master bedroom mattress was thin and you rolled to the middle but that’s being picky and not the worst I have slept in and lounge furniture not massively comfy but we didn’t actually need them to be as didn’t stay to stay in the house.
