The location and views are stunning, the Wi-Fi is decent, and the outdoor seating is breathtaking. The food is great, and the staff is always available when needed. Minhaj, the manager, is friendly and excellent at making you feel at home.

The service could be better. Room service has been a bit slow and inattentive.

Staff is very cooperative and friendly, they made sure our stay is comfortable and memorable, i have not come across such humble and talented people. Food is amazing here, chef is one of the best in hunza, staff here is not only good at their jobs but they are also talented and can arrange a bonfire and traditional music for you. They helped me arrange and celebrate my mother’s birthday which was such an amazing gesture.

One of the nicest places I stayed in throughout my time in Northern Pakistan. Shabana on reception was very helpful and friendly!
