The Location and view from room is excellent

The feel of the hotel is so homy that you simply forget ur staying in a hotel. Staff was amazing. Thankfully the reception staff (dildaar) upgraded us to family rooms. Ms Shazia the hotel manager was also very visible and helpful throughout our stay and offered us a levish complimentary dinner with famous local dishes for which we are so obliged. Breakfast also checked all the boxes for us and restaurant staff were so welcoming. Scenic views from rooms and terrace is simply breathtaking. We really got "at home" feel during our stay and will not even think of another place in our next trips. Thanks team roomy, You guys are amazing.

I guess roomy can think of upgrading their rooms a little bit. e. g Doors and mattress.

Beautiful location with spectacular views to the valley below and the magnificent mountains around. Very friendly and supportive staff. Good breakfast.

Wifi was breaking down frequently, which is likely a general problem in Karimabad, not hotel specific, although I cannot tell for sure.

BEWARE. Issues as detailed: 1. Tap and shower water runs grey (photo taken) 2. Exposed wiring around the room and bathroom 3. TV cannot be used since the wires are too short for the nearest outlet 4. No air conditioning before 8pm 5. No lights/electricity before 6pm 6. No water heating before 8pm (which turned out to be room temperature of approx 25oC at most) 7. Wi-Fi does not work at least half the time.

After booking, got messages that they will cancel the booking if I didn’t pay online , Roomy chain continues to threat customers after booking by sending cancellation messages, very non professional attitude of reservation staff Hotel wash rooms are very poor specially single bed room 308 Till mid night no electricity and no air conditioners working , bed sheets were dirty in , they didn’t change the sheets for new customers Do not recommend to stay in this hotel
