Beach Front Flat Shaldon with Parking

The location, the furnishings, how well equipped it was, the shower. Everything!

The only one thing I didn’t like was the fact there were workers right outside the bedroom/bathroom window from 8:00am until 5:00pm each day. It was obviously necessary work but we would have liked to of been informed. It was rather noisy.

Perfect location . Views from bay window excellent . Fitted kitchen with everything u needed.

Parking was good until u had visitors parking there blocking the walk way and people not staying in flats using outdoor area Perhaps a blind in the back bedroom as had to keep curtains shut when getting changed A plug both sides of bed and a mirror near the unit perhaps on the wall would of been better then very small hand held supplied Bed very low and made a noise when moving . Towels need to be abit softer . A small Bin in bathroom or at least in bedroom.

Location perfect, somewhere to sit outside with dogs, and beach walk with dogs when tide out

View and location were perfect. Parking an added bonus. Flat was very well equipped. Enjoyed our stay and property was convenient for visiting family nearby.

Mattress and pillows a bit firmer than what we are used to having. Sofa not that comfortable but adequate for short term. Carpets in flat and on stairway in need of cleaning but appreciate it was the end of season. Hoover smelt a bit musty when used.

The view from the lounge window looking out over the estuary. Also we chose the property because it had a parking bay, vital in Shaldon, this was a great benefit.

Facilities provided matched description; located next to beach and central to village. For us it was perfect especially with the parking.

Would be really picky finding anything really.

Views

The roads to the property were super narrow and super scary. Unless you have a fiat punto and dont know the streets and one way systems you will have difficulty passing parked cars and reversing into the car park space. Having to reverse all the way back down the street because a car is coming the other way and theres a cm clearance either side is not fun
