Khaoyai Luxury Pool Penthouse at ATTA

Check in and Check out were extremely easy and fast. Breakfast was good and service during breakfast was above average. The environment was quiet and peaceful.

Penthouse swimming pool - could not turn on the jacuzzi in the heated section. Pressed the On/Off button several times, but nothing happened. Sliding door handle in my room fell off. Also TV in my room was difficult to operate with no instructions. Living room TV had Netflix and YouTube options, but room TV did not.

Good view and great place but OLD furniture

Dirty place, poor value for money, The service is not prepared to operate. The room looks nothing like the photos. The furniture is outdated and the room is in poor condition. 😔

ที่พักสวยงามดีมากห้องใหญ่วิวดี แต่ติดตรงที่ห้องอาจจะไม่ค่อยมีคนมาพักเลยไม่ค่อยมีคนดูแล ฝุ่นเยอะมากๆๆๆ ส่วนตัวเป็นภูมิแพ้จามหนักมาก ผ้าห่มต่างๆฝุ่นเยอะมาก ตื่นมาแล้วไม่สามารถลงนอนต่อได้เลยเพราะภูมิแพ้ฝุ่นหนักมาก เคาเตอร์ครัวมีขี้จิ้งจก จานชามช้อนต่างๆมีฝุ่น ทีวีห้องกลางตอนแรกเปิดไม่ได้แต่แจ้งช่าง ช่างก้มาทำให้ไวมาก ห้องนอนเล็กเหม็นอับ ห้องน้ำก็มีกลิ่นท่อน่อยๆ ห้องน้ำใหญ่ข้างอ่างอาบน้ำมีแมลงสาบนอนตายอยู่1ตัว สระน้ำไฟไม่ค่อยสว่างตอนคืน ไฟดับเยอะ เครื่องกดตีน้ำใช้ไม่ได้ ระเบียงข้างห้องนอนวิวสวยแต่ตามเบาะค่อนข้างฝุ่นเยอะ ขี้จิ้งจกเยอะ รวมๆค่อนข้างขาดการดูแล ถ้าดูแลทำความสะอาด ซ่อมอะไรต่างๆให้ห้องไม่โทรม จะสวยกว่านี้จะดีมากแบบไม่มีที่ติเลยค่ะ พนักงานดีมากๆ อาหารเช้าดีมากๆ บรรยากาศดีๆมากๆ ชอบทุกอย่างค่ะ ยกเว้นฝุ่น

The property was good but look a bit older than my expectation. The service were great. the pickle ball court is charge 400 bht per hour. No breakfast include.
